Win an Exclusive Set Tour

A Once in a Lifetime Experience

During filming, 100 lucky winners will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the house as it will appear in Ghosts: The Possession of Button House.

Each prize includes:

  • One ticket for the winner plus up to three guests (4 people total)

  • A guided tour of the secret film set at West Horsley Place

Each tour group will include no more than 20 visitors, making this an exclusive experience.

Tour Dates

Tours are scheduled to take place across two special days in March:

Saturday 21 March, Sunday 22 March

Winners will be allocated a specific date and time slot at the Trust’s discretion.

There are just 100 prizes available.

How to Enter

You can enter the prize draw by post or online.

  • £25 per online entry

  • Each ticket counts as one entry

  • The more entries you buy, the more chances you have to win

  • Remember: each winning ticket admits up to four people

A free postal entry route is also available (see full Terms & Conditions).

The Draw closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 15 March. Winners will be notified no later than Tuesday 17 March.

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Guests accompanying winners can be any age.

Because then film has not yet been released, all winners and guests will be required to:

  • Sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Surrender mobile phones and cameras for the duration of the tour

  • Agree to no filming, photography or recording

This is a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse at movie magic in the making and part of what makes this weekend so special.

This is not a charity raffle or lottery. It is a prize draw. Entries can be via online or in post. No purchase is necessary to enter and win but all money raised supports the conservation of the heritage buildings in our care and our efforts to make the West Horsley Place estate a place for art, heritage and nature for all to enjoy.  

The Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18+. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
