While we don’t have a permanent café just yet, our pop-up café is open in Place Farm Barn courtyard most days, and you’re very welcome to bring a picnic.
The Tiger Lily Bus Company serves proper barista coffee, tea, delicious cakes, sweet and savoury pastries, ice cream, and soft drinks. Everything is served from their charming vintage milkfloat, Winnie, parked in or near the courtyard outside Place Farm Barn.
All estate visitors are welcome to visit the pop-up café. No booking needed, just drop by.

You’re very welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy during your visit. You can use the tables by the barn or find a peaceful spot in the estate grounds. Please help us care for this special place by using the bins provided or better still, take your rubbish home with you. Open fires and barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the estate.
At our festivals and family days you’ll usually find appropriate pop-ups offering food, drinks, and sweet treats. For evening performances, open-air theatre, and talks, we typically run a bar serving hot and cold drinks — both alcoholic and soft — plus light snacks. Please check individual event pages for specific details, as availability may vary.

The Manor House and formal gardens at West Horsley Place are only open for events. Please look at our events calendar to discover the upcoming open days and guided tours.
Visitors are very welcome to enjoy the Tiger Lily pop-up café in the barn courtyard, anytime it is open, without buying a ticket to an event in the Manor House. Please note that there are exceptions - for example during large events or private events like Weddings. West Horsley Place reserves the right to close our barn courtyard and car park on any selected day. Please see our Food and Drink page for more information.
We do not have a membership scheme of our own currently.
In our welcome area, where we will check your tickets, we have a few souvenirs and unique gifts created by our volunteers, however there is no permanent Gift Shop available at West Horsley Place yet.
