Whether you’re hosting a board-level away day, a team-building workshop or a full-site takeover across multiple days, our spaces provide a platform for collaboration, curiosity and inspiration.

Our Corporate Team Days are grounded in the belief that being out in nature is good for our mental health and helps foster a positive team spirit. On a day with us, you and your team will be working out on the estate. It’s a world away from the office where there is a world of new experiences to share. Activities include coppicing in ancient woodland, planting wildflower meadows, laying hedges, building tree protection and estate orienteering. Working with us will not only boost your team, it will deliver real change to the cultural and natural landscape.

If you have more specific needs and goals for the day, we can help with that, too. Working with experienced peer organisations, we can provide facilitation to tackle organisational challenges and embed learning to take back to the office.

Team building events start at £3,000 + VAT, including expert estate guides and a campfire lunch.
