Set Tour Prize Draw – FAQs

We’re so excited to be offering this very special behind-the-scenes experience at West Horsley Place.

Here’s everything you need to know before entering.

If we have missed something please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

We have 100 prizes available.

Each prize is a ticket for you and up to three guests (four people in total) to attend a private guided tour of Ghosts: The Possession of Button House set at West Horsley Place.

Tours are scheduled for:

  • Saturday 21 March

  • Sunday 22 March

There will be up to ten tours per day, and each group will be small (no more than 20 people).

Winners will be allocated a specific date and time slot.

Your prize includes:

  • Entry for you and up to three guests

  • A guided tour of the film set

Please note the prize does not include travel to West Horsley Place, accommodation, food or drink.

The tour will last approximately 2 hours and you’re welcome to explore the wider estate and grounds as much as you’d like after the tour.

Each £25 ticket counts as one entry, and you’re welcome to buy as many entries as you like. The more entries you make, the more chance you have of winning!

All money raised from the Prize Draw goes directly to support West Horsley Place and the conservation of our Grade I listed manor house. Just by entering you’ll support a good cause and be part of our story.

Each postcard or letter counts as one entry. If submitting multiple entries, each must be sent separately.

No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and all valid entries have an equal chance of being selected. However, all money raised from the Prize Draw goes directly to support West Horsley Place and the conservation of our Grade I listed manor house.

Every £25 online entry directly supports the conservation and care of the Grade I listed Manor House and the wider West Horsley Place estate.

By entering online, you’re helping us protect this extraordinary historic house, its collections and its landscape for future generations — thank you.

You must:

  • Be aged 18 or over

  • Be a UK resident

Employees, trustees and contractors of West Horsley Place Trust (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

All entries must be received by 11:59pm on Sunday 15 March 2026.

Late entries unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

We will draw 100 winning entries on Monday 16 March for tours taking place on Saturday 21 March and Sunday 22 March. Winners will be notified on Tuesday 17 March.

If you’re selected, you’ll need to confirm your place within 24 hours.

If we don’t hear from you in that time — or if you’re unable to attend your allocated slot — we’ll need to offer the prize to another entrant.

Yes. The person named on the entry must be part of the attending group.

Yes — you may bring up to three guests (four people in total including you).

All members of your party must attend at the same date and time.

Your guests can be any age and would count towards your three allocated guest spaces. except for babes-in-arms.

Yes. By entering, you’re confirming that you’re available on all listed tour dates, as winners will be allocated a slot.

Due to the historic nature of the site, each tour can accommodate one wheelchair user.

If a wheelchair user will be attending as part of your party, please make sure this is clearly indicated when you enter. If you’re entering online, choose the ticket marked ‘with wheelchair user’. If you’re entering by post, please make it clear on your postcard or letter.

If more than one wheelchair user would be attending within a single party, that entry will unfortunately be invalid and redrawn.

Yes. Because this film has not yet been released, winners and their guests will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before entry.The parent, guardian or accompanying adult will need to sign an NDA on behalf of any guest under the age of 18

No. To protect the production:

  • Phones, cameras and recording devices must be surrendered for the duration of the tour (unless required for medical reasons).

  • Photography, filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited.

  • Sharing images or details from inside the set on social media is not permitted.

Secure storage will be provided during the tour.

We want this to be a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The Trust reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or in breach of the terms.

No. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold. There is no cash alternative. If we suspect a ticket has been re-sold we reserve the right to refuse entry without compensation.
