Each evening includes:
1 hour of TRE to release physical and emotional tension
90 minutes of QEC to shift limiting beliefs and create positive change
Gentle moon rituals to amplify your intentions
Tea, nibbles, and time to integrate and connect
What are TRE and QEC?
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) helps the body release deep tension and
stress through simple movements and tremors.
QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching) is a powerful yet gentle process to shift limiting
beliefs, resolve inner conflict, and create positive change.
