Soul Stretch

A morning Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

Discover how yoga and mindfulness can support you in today's busy world - whether for fitness, stress relief or simple enjoyment.

We will start with Gentle Yoga Flow in the historic manor house - Learn poses to stretch & strengthen the whole body, to start your day feeling refreshed and energised.  Ending with restorative poses to help you deeply relax, rest and restore.  All levels welcome. 

This will be followed by a Guided Walk - Learn mindfulness techniques in the beautiful grounds at West Horsley Place, connecting to nature to feel calm and present.  

We will finish with a choice of activities including art/sketching, creative writing, journalling and vision boards.

Lucy Brown

Lucy has been practising yoga for nearly 20 years, she is a I a qualified (RYS) Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher.  Her aim is to help others find how these nurturing and therapeutic practices can work for them.  She is also a teacher in schools and works for the RHS at Wisley.  She lives in the Surrey Hills and loves to connect to nature and find nature's healing and restorative powers.  

Practical Information

No experience necessary

Suitable for ages 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied)

Fresh juices and herbal teas included.
