Sound Journey Meditation

A Sound Healing experience

Join us at West Horsley Place for a nourishing morning retreat to honour the coming of summer and reconnect with nature’s rhythm.

The sound journey meditation will provide the opportunity to combine the senses, moving beyond just the auditory sphere to actually feeling the sound. The beautiful setting will be complimented by the deep therapeutic tones of 3 extra large 42 inch gongs, supported by 2 other gongs and a range of singing bowls and other gentle percussion instruments. The powerful resonances of these large gongs and the extraordinary sound spectrum they create will help to facilitate the connection between mind, body, sound and vibration for a deeply therapeutic sonic experience.
