A morning mindfulness retreat

Join Emma, experienced mindfulness practitioner for an immersive workshop of restorative , seasonal, mindfulness practices.

Your morning will include mindful breathing for soothing the nervous system,  aroma spray creation for mind-body connection, plus an array of replenishing techniques to experience the extensive benefits of mindfulness and the sense of calm that it can bring. The session includes a full-sized self care journal, herbal teas, essential oils, bespoke meditations and additional tools to enhance your experience.

Using high quality oils and herbs that correspond to West Horsley Place's diverse garden spaces and a nod to the seasonal transformations across the beautiful grounds - Give yourself permission to feel renewed and restored.

Emma has been running communi ty mindfulness workshops for 8 years, working with all ages and stages of life. Trained in Mindfulness and holistic modalities, as well as extensive experience and qualifications in mental health, Life coaching, Emotional freedom technique, Reiki, Sound healing, Women's circle facilitation and more.
