Meet and forage for medicinal plant and fungi commonly found in January. We will focus on plants supporting our chest and immune system and learn how to prepare some easy home herbal remedies. Warm up with a cup of pine needle tea and other immune enhancing medicinal and foraged treats.
Janine Gerhardt
Janine, a medical herbalist since 2008, is happiest outdoors—preferably up a tree. With a background in Ecology and Conservation and as a Forest Bathing Guide for Kew Gardens, she helps people of all ages reconnect with nature. Through her Herb Walks, Workshops and Wild Food Adventures, she inspires wellbeing, self-reliance and a deeper bond with the natural world.

Please note that this walk is not suitable for people using wheelchairs or buggies. You’ll need a moderate level of fitness and be able to cope with walking on uneven ground.
Most suitable for those aged 12+ but all ages are welcome (under 5s free)
