Lego Print Lab
A family workshop
Design, build, and print together using LEGO tiles, developing creative thinking and planning skills along the way.
In this hands-on workshop, children and their families will begin by designing and building their own printing plates using LEGO tiles, encouraging creativity and planning skills. They’ll then learn simple printmaking techniques, using rollers to apply ink and experimenting with layering to create bold, colourful prints to take home.
This workshop is with Jo Ellison, Arts, Heritage and Learning Coordinator at West Horsley Place. Jo is an experienced community artist with a love of screen priniting and welcoming families to West Horsley Place.
Practical Information
Workshop duration is 90 minutes
This workshop is suitable for children aged 4+, all children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
