Stitched Pages

A Japanese Bookbinding Workshop

Join renowned paper artist and bookbinder Tracey Bush for a one-day workshop. Using delicate papers, you will make several Japanese side stitched books. The stitching techniques can be easily adapted to small notebooks and booklets.

Create simple books while you learn key techniques of Japanese bookbinding.

In this one-day workshop, you will be introduced to some techniques of creating one-of-a-kind books. You will discover the materials and papers used for this style of bookbinding, which can be useful if you make prints or ink drawings.

The resulting books that you will take home will be starting points for your own notes or sketches.
