Fantastic British Food Festivals will be holding West Horsley Place’s first ever Food Festival from Friday 6th October to Sunday 8th October.
The grounds form the perfect setting for the Food Festival, which will offer a fun day out for all the family with a line-up of top chefs and over 40 food and drink producers. Visitors will have a rare opportunity to have access to the manor house. There will be a Talks and Tastings Hub with a full programme of free talks and demonstrations, with opportunities to taste, learn, meet and talk with top chefs and producers.
William Prosser from Fantastic British Food Festivals says, “We’re very excited that West Horsley Place is the new venue for our Surrey Food Festival. There will be something for all the family at the Festival whether it’s sampling food from local producers, chatting to chefs or discovering all about the estate’s intriguing history, all in the beautiful setting of West Horsley Place. There’s also a rare chance to see the house which isn’t generally open to the public.”
Fantastic British Food Festivals believe in the importance of supporting local producers and businesses and we are greatly pleased to say that a third of the stallholders will hail from within a few miles of the estate.
Highlights of the West Horsley Place Food Festival will include:
